Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MJLV Productions LLC ("MJLV", "we") collects when you use our applications — including Poker Reborn — and how we handle it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the game, we don't sell your data, and our games involve no real-money gambling.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in through a third-party service (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Play Games), we receive the identifier and, where you allow it, the display name or email address associated with that sign-in.
• Gameplay data. Hands played, chips won and lost, game statistics, friends lists, and in-game chat messages — the data that makes a social game work.
• Purchase records. If you buy virtual items (such as play-money chip packs), the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We receive a transaction record but never your payment card details.
• Device and diagnostic data. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and coarse usage analytics that help us fix bugs and improve the game.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not offer real-money gambling. Virtual chips have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising without telling you first in the app.

How we use information

We use the data above to operate the game (matchmaking, saving progress, leaderboards), keep it fair (detecting cheating, collusion, and abuse), provide support, comply with legal obligations, and understand — in aggregate — how the game is used so we can improve it.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and operate the game on our behalf (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting), with app-store platforms as part of purchases, and where the law requires it. Service providers are bound to use the data only for our purposes.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@mjlv.productions from the address linked to your account; we complete deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Write to support@mjlv.productions and we will honor applicable requests.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app.
