Terms of Service

Effective date: July 9, 2026 · Applies to Poker Reborn and other MJLV Productions apps

These terms are an agreement between you and MJLV Productions LLC ("MJLV", "we") covering your use of our applications, including Poker Reborn. By playing, you accept them.

The game is play-money only

Poker Reborn is a social game. Virtual chips and other in-game items have no real-world value: they cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, or transferred for money, goods, or anything of value. Nothing in the game is gambling, and no winnings of any kind are paid. Practice or success at social poker does not imply success at real-money gambling.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play, and at least 18 to make purchases. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person — buying, selling, or transferring accounts or chips outside the game is prohibited.

Purchases

In-app purchases (such as chip packs) are processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable, and unused virtual items are forfeited if your account is closed for violations of these terms.

Fair play

We actively protect the integrity of the tables. You agree not to cheat, collude, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, harass other players, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, including forfeiture of virtual items.

Our content

The game, its code, art, names, and logos belong to MJLV Productions LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play — not ownership of any part of the game or its virtual items.

Service changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features — or the game itself — at any time. We may also update these terms; continued play after an update means you accept the new terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJLV Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
